A wrought iron arrowhead of medieval date, AD.1200-1550. The object is formed of a round socket that makes up the majority of the object's length. The tip of the arrowhead has a diamond shaped cross section. There is a slight waist where the tip meets the socket, however, the maximum width of the tip does not exceed that of the socket. Jessop 1996 type M3 Arrowheads of this type are typically 'military' in nature though they would serve equally in hunting. An incomplete Roman copper alloy developed T-shaped brooch, probably dating to c. AD 75-150. The surviving section comprises of the upper bow and headplate, the lower bow and pin being lost. The head of the brooch expands into a D-shaped headplate with the vestigial remains of an integral headloop at its apex. From the reverse expands a pair of perforated D-shaped lugs; retaining traces of an iron axis bar and pin in situ. The bow drops out fo the head with a very shallowly plano-convex cross section. An incomplete copper-alloy mount of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1600 - 1800. The mount is circular though roughly one third is lost to a worn break. A raised central knop is present around which is a worn and largely indistinct design, possibly foliate in nature. The reverse is undecorated. The metal has a mid-grey/green patina and is worn. The mount is 40.3mm in diameter, 3.2mm thick and weighs 10.3g.
