An incomplete copper-alloy medieval buckle plate probably dating from the late 12th to 13th century (c. 1150-1300). The frame is missing, being broken at the hinge loops, while two of the prong-like extensions at the attachment end of the plate are vestigial, and a third has broken through at its attachment hole. The front part of the plate, closest to the hinge end, is rectangular. As implied, the plate then divides into three bars extending towards the attachment end outlining two openwork shapes in the plate. A corroded and incomplete late early-medieval cast copper-alloy harness link (11th century AD). The object consists of a central plate with boss, though one half of the plate beyond the boss, along with its loop, have been lost. The arm is semicircular in cross-section, with a flat reverse. One spherical lead alloy shot / ball of probable post medieval or early modern date (1600-1800 AD). Due to the size and weight of the ball it is most likely to be from a pistol. The shot is sub spherical in shape with an uneven surface. It has clear casting seams and trimmed casting sprues from the mould. There is no evidence of the shot having been fired. A copper-alloy medieval single-looped oval frame dating to c. 1250-1400. On its outer edge there are two shallow, angled knops flanking three transverse grooves; the example can be classified as being of Meols type 8. The bar is narrowed, recessed and offset. The pin is missing; the central groove on the outer edge would have acted as a pin rest. The buckle measures 14.02 mm in length, 15.20 mm in width and weighs 0.87 g. A similar example can be found in Whitehead (2003, 22) no. 92.

A fragment of a large copper alloy crotal bell, consisting of one half of the lower hemispherical portion from one edge of the sound holes up to and including the midrib. A complete medieval cast copper-alloy strap-slide (strap-fitting). The frame is five sided with a wide flat base, sides that are almost parallel but in fact slope outwards very slightly, and an angled peak in the centre of the top bar. The base is rectangular in cross section and the sides and top bar are trapeziodal, the inner sides being wider than the outer. There is a hole through the base of the frame, halfway along and off centre, through which a circular-sectioned rivet projects internally.
