An incomplete copper-alloy buckle of medieval date, c.AD 1350 -1450. The buckle is a single looped D-shape with a lipped frame and a narrowed and recessed strap bar. The lip is notched for the pin. The pin no longer remains. The metal has a dark brown/green patina and is worn. The buckle is 15.1mm long, 15.1mm wide, 2.8mm thick and weighs 0.9g. Description: Incomplete silver post-medieval bodkin. It is bent in three places along its length and is broken at either end, both breaks old. One end retains the stubs from an eye and the object tapers to the other end. It is rectangular in cross-section, and both main faces are decorated with a series of engraved panels. A copper alloy probably Post Medieval to Modern furniture fitting; part of a bowed drop handle from a drawer. Only one end survives. It has a short cylindrical pin which would have been held in a handle attachment lug, and then a wider swan-necked curved handle, broken at the base of the side of the handle. A ceramic vessel of probable Post Medieval date, about AD 1500 - 1800. Only half of the base of the vessel survives. The fabric is very hard and vitrified, probably a stoneware, with a fine texture and frequent small black inclusions in the buff coloured matrix. The diameter of the base would have been about 90mm.
