A lead-alloy pilgrim's ampulla of medieval date, c.AD 1350 - 1550. The body of the ampulla is circular with an elongated rectangular neck extending from one edge. The remains of two attachment loops project to either side of the neck where it meets the body. The opening at the top of the neck has been pinched shut. On one side of the rounded body of the ampulla there is moulded decoration in the form of a scallop shell. A complete, uniface cast lead - alloy agricultural tallie or token of probable post - medieval date, c1600 - 1800. Traces of a casting sprue at either the 12 or 6 o'clock postion remain. A large capital letter H is set off to one side, suggesting a second, no longer visible, letter may have been set on the other side of the token. A fragment of an enameled copper alloy flat-ringed terret, 51.1mm in length, of later Iron Age date. The fragment comprises a portion of a rounded to sub-rectangular sectioned bar flanked by a 16.4mm wide and partly concave, oval expansion or collar at the end.
