Obverse: EDWAR ANGL DNS hYB; Crowned bust facing with a bifoliate crown and wedged drapery. Reverse: CIVI/TAS/CAN/TOR; Long cross dividing the inscription with three pellets in each quadrant. Description Treasure reference 2018 T741: a Roman silver finger ring, probably of Henig Type VIII which dates to the second or third century AD. The ring has a flat sub-rectangular bezel with sloping triangular shoulders. The shoulders taper to form a slender hoop. The bezel is very worn and no inscription or decoration is visible. The shoulders are each decorated with two pairs of incised lines which run parallel to the edges. These taper to the base of the hoop, where two lines continue along the perimeters. Description: Treasure reference 2018 T740; a post-medieval silver-gilt dress hook of Reads' 'Early post-medieval Class D, Type 7' (Read 2008, p. 83, no. 280). The dress hook is formed of four conjoined fleur-de-lis radiating from a central hole inlaid with a large bulbous-headed knop that imitates a cabochon gem.
