A fragment of a copper-alloy Roman bracelet, dating to AD 270-400. It is pointed oval in cross-section and it is arched in profile. The front face is slightly more convex then the back face and it bears and engraved decoration depicting a sequence of panels defined by two transverse grooves. Each panel has a longitudinal median line of three ring-and-dot motifs, which is flanked by a sequence of oblique short notches. An incomplete copper-alloy Roman stud/mount, dating to AD 100-300. It is sub-rectangular in plan, with rounded short sides and it is hemisferical in cross-section. The back face originally had two integral rivets; the one which suvives now bears a disc head. The front face is decorated with transverse bands alternate with thin ridges. An incomplete copper-alloy possibly Roman furniture fitting, dating to AD 43-410. It consists of a hollow knob, which has an oval cross-section and a circular opening at both ends. The opening are bordered by a slightly raised collar on the outer face; the collar has radial short grooves. The central band of the sides is decorated with a sequence of oblique grooves and ridges. An incomplete Medieval copper-alloy signet/seal finger-ring (c. 1400-c. 1500). The bezel is sub-oval in plan and the shoulders are trapezoid in cross section, with bevelled edges. The bezel is decorated with an incised design of a sub-oval frame which contains a capital letter 'I'. At either side of the 'I', and also at one end, there is an incised branch/palm. An incomplete post-medieval cast copper alloy scoop from a mechanical seed drill. The object comprises a hemispherical bowl with a thick, facetted stem. File marks can be seen on the stem and bowls. There is a circular depression, 2.5 mm deep, 4.5 mm diameter, apparently drilled, on the back of the bowl. The stem terminates in an old break 15.8 mm from the junction with the bowl. This would be one of several spoon-like scoops mounted on a revolving drum which scooped up seed from a hopper and directed it via chutes to the furrow. It is a solid bell-shaped knob and bears at its base a collar made of two circumferential ridges with a thin groove in between. The top has a raised rim surmounted by a broken flattened knop. A cast copper alloy looped socketed spearhead dating to the Early Bronze Age, circa 1700 - 1550 BC. A fragment of a Middle or late Bronze Age copper alloy spear head, probably dating to c. 1550-800 BC. The surviving fragment comprises of the mid-rib, circular in cross section and tapering from the top of the socket to the point, which is lost to abrasion. Vestigial remains of highly abraded wings project from either side of the rib. Dimensions: length 34.5mm; width 14.4mm; thickness 9.7mm; weight 12.20g. The presence of a midrib would suggest a date in the Middle or Late Bronze Age (Davis 2016; 2017).

An incomplete Roman to Early Medieval propeller-shaped belt stiffener, dating to AD 350-450. It consists of a central oval flat element, which has a sub-trapezoidal plate extending to either side. The front face has a longitudinal median rib, which is pierced at either end by two copper-alloy rivets. The long borders of the front face are decorated with a line of incised dots.
