An incomplete Roman silver denarius probably of Severus Alexander dating to AD 222-235 (Reece Period 11). Reverse type depicting a figure standing left holding spear to right, legend illegible. Mint uncertain. just over one third of the coin is missing. A comparable example can be seen on PAS record YORYM-772334.
Overall dimensions: 18.99mm in length, 12.52mm in width and 1.56g in weight.
