An incomplete cast copper-alloy post-medieval toy miniature cannon, dating to the period c. AD 1600 - c. AD1800. Description: The toy cannon is of typical form. The cascabel has a globular knob and then expands into the first reinforce. The touch hole is placed on a circumferentially moulded band which is concave towards its middle. The trunnions are centrally positioned and projected evenly to either side. With the touch-hole facing up, the trunnions appear to be slightly off centre sitting low on the barrel. An incomplete cast post-medieval double looped trapezoidal buckle dating to c. AD1600-1700. Description: The buckle frame is formed from two symmetrical loops with the remaining example trapezoidal with expanded corners and moulded lobed knops at each front corner. Description: The buckle consists of two ovoid loops with small lentoid knops at either end of the central strap bar. An incomplete and warped decorated late Medieval to Post-Medieval cast copper-alloy double-looped buckle dating to the period 1350-1650. An incomplete cast white metal coated copper-alloy medieval single loop buckle with integral, forked spacers dating to c.1350-1450. Description: The frame is missing its composite buckle plate and its attachment spacer remain only as small lugs behind the frame and one has part of one spacer remaining. A heavily worn and abraded copper-alloy Nuremburg jetton of Rose and Orb type, dating to the period c.1540 - 1620 AD. Description: Obverse: Alternating crowns and lis with central rose. Legend: Illegible. Reverse: Imperial Orb within tressure of three arches. The inscription is illegible. The jetton is a light green obscured by heavy wear and dirt, part of the jetton is bent over it. Dimensions: Diameter 24.03mm, thickness 0.63mm and weight 0.95g.
