An unidentified lead alloy object of possible post-Medieval date (c. 1700-c. 1850). This object is rectangular in plan and cross-section with a shaft at one end which is circular in cross-section. The shaft tapers in diameter from 5.0mm to 3.8mm where there is a possible break. Casting 'spue' on one face of the rectangular part. The object has a buff patina. Length: 24.1mm; width: 16.1mm; thickness: 14.4mm. Weight: 21.44g.

A complete cast copper-alloy bullion weight of Post-Medieval date. The weight is flat and circular with the text D//XII stamped onto both sides. The bullion weight measures 18mm in diameter, 3mm thick and weighs 5.8 grams. From the 17th to early 19th century silver coins were often heavily worn or clipped and were therefore traded by weight rather than face value. This weight would have been used for weighing 1 shillings' worth of silver which was set from 1601 as 6.02g. This convention continued until the introduction of the gold standard in 1816. Post medieval copper alloy spur rowel dating to the period c. AD 1600 - 1660. In the form of a five-pointed star, each prong in the form of a fleur de lis, the central prong of each lis slightly faceted. In the centre is a circular aperture for the missing axis bar. An incomplete post medieval copper alloy fitting from a sword belt, dating to c.1500-1700. This is one of three mounts that would have hung from a larger mount by the hook which is now missing, the other end would have attached to the scabbard strap. The plate is sub triangular in shape, and is decorated in a symetrical foliate design with fronds to either side from a central stem. Fragment of post medieval copper alloy dress hook of Read's (2008) Class E, Type 3, dating to the period c. AD 1500 - 1650. The attachment loop and the hook are both missing. The plate is circular with a large chip removed form the central plate. It exhibits a moulded beaded border and an mouldedconsisting of a plain cross surrounded by a series of moulded pellets and drilled blind holes. The reverse is flat. See: Read, B, 2008, p. 99.

Lead spindle whorl. Cast biconical whorl with a central moulded aperture of diameter 10.6mm. Moulded decoration appears bilaterally: on one side comprising juxtaposed triangular to pentagonal figures each containing a pellet, and on the other an arrangement of triangles which resembles a star of eight points radiating from the aperture, but with fewer pellets, and with a border of smaller juxtaposed triangles, the two fields being separated by a plain circumferential rim. An incomplete Post-Medieval cast copper alloy bridle boss from horse harness, dating to c. AD 1500-1750. The mount consists of an outer flat circular disc with a projecting domed boss in the centre of its front face. The boss is a half oval in profile and has a small, flat pellet on its top; at the base is surrounded by a groove. The disc measures 13.5 mm in width and 1.7 mm in thickness. It has chipped and very worn edges and any decoration with grooves around the rim is now unclear. On the external disc there should have been three dome-headed copper alloy rivets, spaced c. 26-31 mm

Both edges are bevelled on the upper face and the inner edge is bevelled on the bottom face. The inner edge of the D-shaped loop curves in to a central point at the rounded end.
