An unidentified lead alloy object of possible post-Medieval date (c. 1700-c. 1850). This object is rectangular in plan and cross-section with a shaft at one end which is circular in cross-section. The shaft tapers in diameter from 5.0mm to 3.8mm where there is a possible break. Casting 'spue' on one face of the rectangular part. The object has a buff patina. Length: 24.1mm; width: 16.1mm; thickness: 14.4mm. Weight: 21.44g.

A complete cast copper-alloy bullion weight of Post-Medieval date. The weight is flat and circular with the text D//XII stamped onto both sides. The bullion weight measures 18mm in diameter, 3mm thick and weighs 5.8 grams. From the 17th to early 19th century silver coins were often heavily worn or clipped and were therefore traded by weight rather than face value. This weight would have been used for weighing 1 shillings' worth of silver which was set from 1601 as 6.02g. This convention continued until the introduction of the gold standard in 1816. In the form of a five-pointed star, each prong in the form of a fleur de lis, the central prong of each lis slightly faceted. In the centre is a circular aperture for the missing axis bar. A complete cast lead-alloy object, possibly a weight or gaming piece dating from the Early Medieval to Post Medieval period (c. AD 800-1800). The object is roughly cone-shaped and circular in cross-section with a small horizontal notch approximately a third of the way up one side. The base is concaved and has an oval perforation to one side that extends vertically into the object. The object has a white and grey patina, measures 18mm in length and 13mm in diameter, and weighs 12.67 grams.

This is one of three mounts that would have hung from a larger mount by the hook which is now missing, the other end would have attached to the scabbard strap.
