Front part of a medieval gilt copper alloy rectangular buckle plate broken across the fold, with a pin slot and with two rivet holes near the inside edge. Within a frame a lion passant reguardant is in high relief on a very finely pecked field. Very similar to Egan and Pritchard 1991, no. 500 whose image was produced by die-stamping. The image on the present example was produced in the same way. Extant length 23.4mm. Width 16mm. Thickness 1.6mm. c.1200 - c.1250.

Tubular wings with remains of an incised vertical line at both ends, slot in reverse for missing pin, copper alloy axis bar and fragment of pin. Broken oval-sectioned bow, foot and catchplate missing. Wingspan 25mm. Extant length 19mm. AD 50 - 150.

Medieval lead alloy ampulla, damaged mouth and side lugs, one face decorated with narrow transverse bands of oblique lines alternating with broader bands with widely-spaced oblique lines and pellets, within bordering band of oblique lines on angled outside edge, the other face carries a shield bearing two chevrons, framed by bordering band of oblique bands of oblique lines on angled outside edge, the decoration above the shield is as on the other face. The design can be seen on a better preserved example at NMS-33B072. Extant width 37mm. Length 51mm. Late 14th- early 16th century.

Post-medieval copper alloy double-looped buckle frame, gently curved in profile, with both loops oval and a lobe engraved with oblique grooves at the ends of the bar. The latter is recessed from the front face and is covered by decayed iron from a plate and pin. The tip of the pin has left a patch of the same on the front of one edge. Length 33.2mm. Width 27.5mm. 16th century.

Slightly more than half of an approximately square medieval copper alloy buckle frame with a tapering strip pin on the central bar. The engraved decoration on the very edge and sides is very close to that on Egan and Pritchard 1991, no. 447. File marks are present on the reverse, and also on the front of the bar. Estimated length 41mm. Width 40mm. c.1350 - c.1450.
