A Medieval silver coin which is now in two pieces: a penny of Edward II (1307-1327), probably Class 10cf5 (North 1043/1) dating c.1309-1310, mint: London. Ref North 1994: 32. The coin appears to have been folded, with the obverse on the outside, and to have snapped along the bend at a later date. The complete coin has a diameter 16.8mm, is 0.9mm thick and weighs 0.98g.
