A worn silver radiate of Philip I (AD 244-249) dating to c. AD 245 (Reece Period 12). Reverse: ADVENTVS AVGG, Philip riding left on horseback, raising hand and holding spear. Mint of Rome. RIC IV, pt 3, p. 71, no. 26b. The original record stated the coin was silver plated, but not mention of the coin being a contemporary copy in the numismatic details section below.
