Roman (later 3rd and 4th centuries) bow brooch: The lower portion of a bow brooch, made from cast copper alloy. The upper half, which is the bow is curved in profile, with the upper terminal forming a broken edge. This break is not recent. The bow is trapezoidal in section. The bow leads to a vertical portion which is the bow and catchplate forming a C-shaped section.
The surface of the brooch has patches of a mid green coloured matte patina, otherwise the surface is abraded.

A worn and corroded copper-alloy nummus probably of Constantine II (AD 317-340) dating to c. AD 322-323 (Reece period 16). Reverse: BEATA TRANQVILLITAS, globe on altar inscribed VOTIS XX in three lines, three stars above. Mint uncertain due to wear. This coin has been attributed to Constantine II based on the fact that the bust faces left.

Roman (mid 1st to 2nd century) brooch: The lower portion of the bow remains. The bow is broken at the upper edge which is at the approximate midpoint of the bow. The break is not a recent. The bow tapers to a slightly expanded foot.
On the reverse of this portion of the bow there is a complete catchplate.
The surface of the brooch has an abraded patina.
The brooch measures 19.26mm in length, 4.98mm in width across the upper edge and weighs 2.29g.
The brooch is a Colchester derivative. It probably dates to the mid-1st to second centuries.

Gold roman finger ring that has a triple oval bezel consisting of a large central oval box setting that has beaded wire running around its base and large pellet soldered onto the outside edge of each corner. Incomplete Roman copper alloy Colchester derivative rearhook brooch dating to the period c. AD 43 - 65. The C-shaped wings exhibit moulded beading on the front. The interior exhibits traces of solder which retains an imprint of the missing spring; in the centre is an oval recess to allow the pin to swivel. The tip of each wing terminates in a worn break. Projecting from the top of the head is the stub of the rearhook. The bow is plain and tapers to an old break.

A copper-alloy object of uncertain function and date, possibly a Roman sestertius dating to the second century AD. The object is roughly disc-shaped and oval in profile. One surface has seven, what appear to be stamped, circular markings; six in a circular arrangement with one in the centre. No setting remains although there is some light brown backing paste in the cell. The ring is mid-green and brown with a smooth surface.
