A complete cast copper-alloy dangle/hanger element from a sword belt hanger, c.16th century (see Read 2008, 220). Description: This sword belt hanger element survives as a symmetrical decorated foliate plate with a forward facing hook, (likely one of three when complete) with a plain knop terminal. Rivet holes either end of the plate retain iron c rivets now heavily corroded. The decoration consists of vegetative elements although no obvious floral elements, leaves mostly spreading from central point. A very worn copper-alloy Post-Medieval farthing trade token issued by Abraham Daking of Pentlow, Essex, dating c. 1648-1674. Williamson 248. Obverse: a stag couchant, ABRAHAM DAKING Reverse: initials A D M arranged in triangle, IN PENTELOW ESSEX Farthing trade tokens were first issued in 1648 in response to the lack of small change, with halfpenny tokens following in 1656. They were finally suppressed in 1674 under Royal Authority. This token was identified by user 'DiOz' of the MDF online forum.

A complete copper alloy bell dating to the period 1750-1850. The bell is complete and contains a small ball and there is no foundry mark. The bell is spherical with circular hanging loop at the top. In the top half of the sphere, a circular hole has been cut on either side of the loop. Around the circumference, there is a raised ridge. Both hemisphere of the bell have a sunburst decoration. This lower hemisphere has a long straight gap ending in a circular hole at each end. There is a very dark green-brown patina on the surface.

A broken and incomplete cast copper-alloy rowel spur of Post-Medieval date, probably AD 1600 - 1700. The round rowel post is slotted to receive a rowel, which is missing. The sides are undecorated and have a slightly concave profile, decreasing in height away from the rowel post. A complete lead token dating to the Late Medieval to Post Medieval period (c. AD 1450 - 1700). On the face the token has a design of raised lines radiating from the centre. The reverse is covered by a cross-hatch design of raised line. The object has a light grey patina. A token of similar style has been recorded on the PAS database: SUR-BF338F. The overall dimensions are as follows: 24.01mm in diameter, 2mm in thickness and 7.88g in weight.. The token may have been issued to farm workers to exchange for goods.

A post-medieval copper alloy finger ring with a bezel. The band is D-section. The bezel is flat and oval, incised so as to function as a seal matrix. The ring is slightly damaged and is roughly 20mm in diameter. The decoration on the bezel consists of a horse galloping right with 3 oval shapes, joined at base of oval, over the horses back suggesting wings. ​The bezel measures; 18mm width, 14mm height, weight 6.7g.

A copper alloy gilded brooch in the shape of an arrow, with a small horseshoe attached by a rivet to the centre of the shaft. The cap has an elongated oval base from which projects two symmetrical, opposing tabs both being broken off. They are separated by a deep central groove. it has a grey green patina with the exeption of the iron tang. Post Medieval cast lead human head, probably a knob handle from the lid of a tobacco jar. The face is three dimensional and is 24mm high and 16.76mm thick. It is in fair condition. The knop depicts a youthful male with right curls, with head angled slightly to his right. Below the neck the object flares out and has a slightly convex underside. There are several database records of lead heads from 17th- or 18th-century tobacco jars. They usually depict African males, but this example appears European, possibly classical style.

An incomplete copper alloy powder flask of post medieval date (c 1750 - 1860). The object is piriform (pear-shaped), pressed from a sheet of copper alloy. It has a rounded base and a broad (54 mm) flat neck. The lower part has a pressed decoration in the form of a dog holding a game bird.
