A Scottish silver groat of David II (AD 1329 - 1371), second coinage, Class B1 (Spink S5095) dating from AD 1357/8-mid 1360s. Edinburgh mint. Obverse has Crowned bust left, sceptre in front, all in a plain tressure of arches and the reverse has Long cross dividing the legend; mullet of six points in each angle; double saltire stops.
