An incomplete copper-alloy bow and fantail brooch of Roman date, c.AD 50 - 150. Only the fantail now remains, the rest having been lost to worn breaks. The fantail is triangular and a transverse collar is present at the narrower end, where it would have joined the upper bow. The front of the fantail is decorated with a central column of three vertically aligned conjoined lozenge shaped cells. These cells are flanked by smaller recessed triangular cells. An incomplete copper-alloy Trumpet brooch of Roman date, c. AD 75 - 175. The head of the brooch is ovate with a concave reverse which retains a two tubular lugs. An axis bar remains fitted through the lugs, its ends terminating in worn breaks. An incomplete circular sectioned pin remains fitted around the axis bar in the space between the two lugs.
