An incomplete cast copper alloy Strap End dating to the mid to late Medieval period, AD 1300 - 1450. The strap end would originally consisted of two seperate parts riveted together, a cast front with a lower trifoliate design, and a plain backplate. Part of its crescent shape is missing, but otherwise the moulded and incised designs of the remainder are in good condition.

Elizabeth 1st shilling, silver 1583 to 1602, sixth issue (Spinks 2014). Overall the coin is well worn, the circumferece of the coin is worn so that in sonme places the letters of the inscription are only half height. The Obverse inscription is ELIZAB DG ANG FR ET HIB REG. The reverse inscription is POUSI DEU ADIUTOREM MEU. The Obverse bust has been worn away and is not visible, but the inscription is visible. A near complete cast copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative Polden Hill type of Roman date (80-120 AD). The wings are complete with flat and pierced end caps. The axis bar and spring are present; the axis bar is formed from a length of iron wire and holds the copper alloy spring and pin. Post medieval silver spoon. The bowl is complete but very distorted, and the handle is incomplete - approximately 28mm is still there but it is also bent. The handle is attached to the bowl by a rat-tail which terminates at the mid-point of the bowl, which is shallowly concave and oval. The handle is d-shaped in profile and has unclear hallmarks and a makers mark (which appears to be T M within a rectangular recess) on the flattened underside. Probably 19th century.

A complete cast copper alloy furniture fitting of post-medieval date. AD1500-1800. The stud head is a very slightly domed sexfoil in plan with moulded grooves, while the reverse is flat and has an integral square sectioned shank protruding from the centre. The shank tapers to a sharp point, which is bent at the point. The surface of the stud has a reddish brown and green patina with the moulded grooves and some of the surface showing signs of gilding. A complete copper-alloy unidentified object of Unknown date and uncertain function. This object is chisel-like and is square and also rectangular in cross-section. The edges are sharp. The narrow end is square and flares to the wider end where it is pointed and splayed. On one face at the splayed end an oblique step may be a casting imperfection. The object is reddish brown with light and mid-green corrosion products. Length: 26.3mm; width: 4.9mm; thickness: 2.7mm. Weight: 1.12g.

A cast copper alloy double looped trapezoidal buckle frame with pointed ends. AD1620-1680. The iron wrap around pin is badly corroded and is still present on the strap bar. The strap bar is narrowed but not recessed and terminates with lobed protrusions on either end. The loops are trapizoid; the sides taper towards the strap bar and the ends are expanding outwards into triangles. It has a flat back and front with a bevelled outer edge. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Medieval key. AD.1400-1500, The key has an elaborate asymmetrical bow with quatrefoil openwork. Beneath the bow is a thick lined collar, which is 6.7mm wide. Beneath the collar is the small remaining cylindrical segment of the hollow oval-sectioned shank. The remainder of the shank and bit are missing. The key measures 59.1mm long, The bow is 29.9mm long, 24.3mm wide and 4.3mm thick.The shaft is 7.3mm in diameter. The key weighs 12.8 grams.
