Early medieval copper alloy gilded mount, probably a harness fitting, 52mm long, 21mm wide and 10mm thick with a weight of 18.60g. A complete flint Scraper of Mesolithic to Neolithic date (9000-1500 BC). The lithic is sub-rectangular in plan, tapers in toward the distal end, and plano-convex in section. The surface is uneven due to differential areas of corrosion; there is an area of blue 101 mm from the base of the tang that may indicate contact with another material during the time the object has spent in the soil. A cast lead alloy suspended weight of uncertain date. The crude weight has a flat base and a broadly round cross section which gradually tapers up to the narrow top where an iron loop suspension passed through its body. The stumps of the loop are present at either end. The weight is plain with an off white lead-oxide pationa. There are some rust stains at the top near the stumps of the iron loop. Height 36mm. Diameter 23mm - 26mm. Weight 103g.

Incomplete medieval cast copper alloy hinged plate-and-loop type book clasp, broken sheet hinged end recessed and folded widthways, and containing the separate narrowed bar set in drilled holes in the sides of the separate cast terminal comprising an oval plate with a central perforation and stylised animal-head terminal with transverse perforation. The functions of the two holes have been explained by Egan (1998, 278-9). Extant combined length 26.5mm, length of terminal 22mm. Width 10.5mm. Thickness at terminal 3mm. c.1350-1450.

Copper-alloy jew's harp of post-medieval date, missing only its tongue (c. 1500 - 1800 AD). The object has an oval loop and two arms that taper slightly to a point. It is diamond-shaped in section. There is a slightly flattened area on one side of the oval loop, at midpoint. The object has a worn, brown patina. It is 57.28mm in length, 24.68mm at maximum width and 6.98mm in thickness. It weighs 13.17g. There are a number of similar examples recorded on the database, including: NLM-20736B, IOW-93FB05, IOW-DDC92C and BUC-7DEEAA.

A copper alloy annular brooch from a Medieval date, circa AD 1200 - 1450. The undecorated brooch frame, and the tip of the pin are slightly bent / distorted. The frame is "D" shaped in cross-section, and the attached cast pin is circular in cross-section. The pin has a transverse collar between the end of the shaft and start of the pin attachment loop. The frame measures 30.37mm in length, is 27.89mm wide, weighs 7.4g, and is 2.93mm in thickness. The pin has a length of 27.46mm.

Near complete cast copper-alloy buckle pin of mid Medieval c.1250-1450AD. Description: The buckle pin is simple with a tapering point and quite thin with an elongated oval cross-section. About half loop has snapped away and this is likely to have caused its' loss. There is a substantial transverse ridge on the top side just prior to the loop with some incised ridges.
