Cast copper Roman brooch of 'T' shaped form, incomplete, the foot being missing. The bow is divided into three, longitudinal panels by two ribs. These are separated from the foot by two transverse grooves, below which are two, angled grooves. The bow is angled at the point where it meets the two wings. These are round sectioned and contain traces of iron pin (revealed by a magnet). Between the wings is a notch into which was fitted a self-tensioned pin. On the end of the head are the remains of a loop. Length 26.0mm, Width 15.8mm Height 10.2mm, Mass 3.80g.

Incomplete Medieval silver gilt annular brooch with a break in the circular hoop which was originally soldered together. The brooch is now missing its pin which would have had a looped terminal opposite the pointed end to allow it to rotate around the hoop and to move along its length. The hoop is circular in plan and in cross-section with two twisted sections alternating with two plain sections. Fragment of medieval copper alloy annular brooch, broad angled flat-sectioned frame with pin hole in expansion on inner edge containing corroded fragment of pin. Two collets (height 5mm) contain off-white fixative where the settings are missing. Between the collects are small perforations. External diameter 42mm, internal diameter c.26-7mm. Late 13th - 14th century.

Broken rear-hook and C-sectioned wings, both with remains of knurled rib, ends missing, spring missing. Roman copper alloy Plate brooch, 27mm in diameter, 13mm thick with a weight of 5.44g. The brooch is circular in form and rectangular in cross section with a central projection in its upper surface consisting of a concave circular cross sectioned shaft sitting below a conical knop. This has been rivetted onto the brooch and the fixing is visible on the reverse. The object has two raised borders, one on the edge and one half way in. A copper alloy annular brooch from a Medieval date, circa AD 1200 - 1450. The undecorated brooch frame, and the tip of the pin are slightly bent / distorted. The frame is "D" shaped in cross-section, and the attached cast pin is circular in cross-section. The pin has a transverse collar between the end of the shaft and start of the pin attachment loop. The frame measures 30.37mm in length, is 27.89mm wide, weighs 7.4g, and is 2.93mm in thickness. The pin has a length of 27.46mm.

The brooch has closed circular cross sectioned wings with a central recess for a hinged pin, now missing. It has a plain semi-circular cross sectioned bow which tapers into a sub-rectangular cross section to accomodate the integral triangular catchplate.
