A miscast and worn copper-alloy, medium size, annular ring. Description: Slightly flattened with slightly convex surfaces leaving it with a pointed oval cross-section. It appears to be undecorated and has some surface corrosion. Mweasurements: Diameter: 27.63mm, width: 4.63mm, thickness: 3.67mm, weight: 7.20g. Discussion: Plain annular copper-alloy rings are very common finds and their dating, without context or decoration is exceedingly difficult as examples have been recovered from contexts ranging in date from the Bronze Age to the Industrial periods.
