An extremely small, probably late medieval cast copper alloy casket or book lock key, only 22.5 mm in length. The bow is oval with a moulded knop at the end. The stem is square in cross-section with rounded edges and tapers gradually to a rounded point that is extended beyond the bit. The bit has a horizontal cleft at the top and two vertical clefts at the base. Weight 1.2g. Quite similar to published record SF5626.

A cast oval bezel with a short tapered continuation with a rounded end on one side, apparently complete, and a recent break on the other suggesting the loss of an equivalent feature. It consists of a plate formed of four raised circlar cells with a raised circle in their centre. These join and enclose a central recessed rectangular cell which has a raised dot in its centre. Two of the oppsing cells are filled with blue enamel. There is no trace of enaeml in the other two. The reverse has a semi-circular plate with a circular hole to fix the pin, now missing, and a sub triangular catchplate.

A post-medieval copper alloy knife terminal. The terminal is in the form of two rectangular plates, each with a lis-shaped terminal. The plates appear to be separated by a spacer. One of the narrow sides retains traces of decoration set in niello, comprising a square containing a cross. The interior of the terminal is hollow and contains iron corrosion. Both plates bear a legend set in niello, and which together give a personal name. One plate reads DOROTHY and the other plate reads THORPE. This is a contemporary copy or hybrid combining types of Julia Mamaea and probably those of Severus Alexander. Prototype of the mint of Rome. Cf.
