An incomplete copper-alloy Roman strap fitting, dating to AD 43-410. It consists of an arched element, which has lost one of the two ends. The surviving end tapers towards a sideways protruding double leaf-shaped knobs. The central and concave part of the arched main body has a lozange-shaped cross-sectioned protrusion, which estends parallel to theforementioned lateral end arm (20.09 mm long), although it is shorter (12.68 mm long). A complete copper-alloy strap fitting of possible middle Bronze Age to Iron Age date, c. 1600 - 100 BC.
The object comprises a pointed ovate body with a D-shaped section which tapers in thickness from one end to the other. The upper terminal is swollen with a wide, rounded upper end which is decorated with two parallel incised D-shaped borders. The front of the swollen portion of the body has a central lozenge shaped recess extending from the point at which the two borders meet on the upper edge to midway along the front of the body. A probably copper alloy strap swivel of medieval date. The object has an oval frame with a rounded knop extending from the top. The knop is decorated with facets. The base of the frame is a large flat oval plate. A casting seam is visible around the interior and exterior of the object, and it appears as if this is a miscast or unfinished item on which the central hole for a counterpart swivel has not been drilled.

A copper-alloy medieval or post-medieval swivel strap fitting or junction dating to the period c.AD 1200-1700. The strap fitting is formed of two components: a suspension loop and a larger circular frame. The suspension loop is circular in plan and D-shaped in section. A moulded rounded knop extends from the top. The loop has a flared collar at the base, from which extends a shank which passes through a circular opening at the top of what may once have been a circular frame. The shank has a domed cap at the base which secures it to the circular opening.

A post-medieval copper alloy strap fitting. The object is formed of two flat rectangular plates with an intergal loop formed by an narrowed arm. The object is folded over and riveted at the attachment end. A large portion of corroded iron is seen around the loop.
