Post medieval copper alloy seal matrix dating to the period c. AD 1600 - 1800. The base is circular with cross-hatching across the face. Just above is a narrowed waist. The stem becomes hexagonally faceted and tapers to a collared susepnsion loop terminating in a small knob.
It is unlikely that this seal was ever intended for practical use but was probably meant purely for display or as a trinket. Similar examples which can be found on the database are LVPL-183ABA & LVPL-B3AAA6.
