A silver Early Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) sceatta (proto-penny) , dating to AD 675-750. Obverse depicting a large degenerate radiate bust right, long cross pommé before, Λ and saltire behind , pellets in field, pyramidal neck rests on curved, beaded exergual line. Reverse: beaded saltire in double beaded standard, pellet trefoils in quadrants, profusion of pellets in margins. Cf. Abramson (1994, p. 98, no. P200), series R3, type 51.

A fragment originating from a large socketed and basal looped spearhead of later Middle Bronze Age date (c. 1400-1150 BC) belonging to Davis' group 8; 'elongated spearheads with incorporated basal loops' forms. This object can probably be assigned to the Taunton or Penard metalworking phases. Only the upper section of the spearhead survives, consisting the upper blade and point, probably representing less than a third of the original object. An incomplete cast uniface lead token of probable Post-Medieval date, c. 1500-1800. Only one side of the token is decorated, part of its edge having also broken away in old damage. The design is rather crude, consisting a spiraloid motif around which are set raised pellets. The opposing face is completely blank. Diameter: 25.81mm, thickness: 4.03mm, weight: 10.56g.
Lead tokens were utilised for a wide range of functions from the late Medieval period onwards. Most are Post-Medieval, of 17th-18th century date.
