Lead pot mend with sub-oval plates, 36.5mm x 30.5mm and 31.2 x 25.2mm. Thickness 15mm. Gap for pot 1 - 5.5mm. No trace of fabric visible between plates. Possibly Roman. Pot mends of this form occur in both Roman and medieval contexts and it is not possible to assign a date without traces of ceramic fabric.
