A medieval silver penny of Edward I (1272 - 1307), class 9b2, dating to 1300. EDW R ANGL DNS hYB obverse depicting a crowned bust facing. CIVITAS CANTOR reverse depicting a long cross with three pellets in each quarter. Mint of Canterbury. As North 1037/1.
The coin is complete but is bent, probably due to post depositional damage.
