White metal probable mount fragment. A part of a probably die stamped plate bearing a spiral of pellets confined by a border of tiny closely juxtaposed pellets, further large pellets dividing its edge from a series of pelleted arches around its outer edge. Now lightly curled. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1850-1900. Length (as found): 29.9mm, Width: 24mm, Thickness: 0.7mm, Weight: 3.20gms
