Composed of two plates and an internal spacer riveted together at their terminal and upper edge by means of two circular-sectioned copper-alloy rivets, the strap end now is missing part of one plate and has partially come apart due to old damage. Part of a copper alloy strap end that is rectangular in shape with tapering sides and a flat forward edge. The narrow end has a crude animal facemask consisting of two crescent lines for ears and an irregular shaped snout outline. The main panel is decorated with iregular incised lines in a rectangular border. The irregular lines have a buff/white material in them. There are traces of silvering at the lower end of the front of the strapend. More silvering survives on the reverse, though some of it is covered by an area of iron corrosion. The upper part of the strap end has broken off.

A lead token that dates from medieval to post-medieval. On the obverse of the Token is a flower design made up of six elongated petals. The token has a raised circumference. There are remnants of a design on the reverse but only two pellets in the centre and a straight radiused line between remains. Lead tokens had a wide variety of potential uses such as tallies, gaming pieces, tickets, weights, etc. and are believed to have been locally produced; they are therefore difficult to date precisely.

This Jetton dates to the period of Edward II to Edward III (1321-1343) and is of the 'sterling bust' type, with a crowned bust of the king identical to that found on the coins of the time. This example is similar to one excavated in Salisbury (Saunders (2001), p219, number 15) as well as Mitchiner (1988) number 136.

A lead token that dates from medieval to post-medieval. The token has a raised cross with a single pellet in each quarter. There is a raised circumference. There are no features on the other side. The decoration compares to Powell's type 14. The token is 20.8mm in diameter, 3.6mm thick and weighs 9.73g. Lead tokens had a wide variety of potential uses such as tallies, gaming pieces, tickets, weights, etc. and are believed to have been locally produced; they are therefore difficult to date precisely.

The obverse depicts the Shield of France with three fleurs-de-lis surmounted by a crown that interrupts the margin with a fictitious legend. The reverse depicts an imperial orb surmounted by a cross within an ornamental tressure that has three main arches, and a fictitious legend. There is a punched circular hole close at 11 o'clock indicative of possible reuse, and a large crack projecting from one side into the centre. See Mitchiner 1988, p. 355, no. 1069 for a similar example.

The mount is 26.8mm long, 10.9mm wide at the shoulder and 1.7mm thick. The mount weighs 1.84g and has a green patina.

An early post-medieval book clasp (c AD1500-1700). The clasp is formed from a thin rectangular strip with a splayed expansion at one end which has a small break. There are two holes next to each other. The inner hole has a ring decoration on the outer edge. At the other end there is a slight flare which terminates in a hook. Before the flare there is the remains of a rivet. There is no decoration on the outer face. The clasp is 46.6mm long, 11.2mm wide at the expansion, 9.9mm wide at the pin end and weighs 2.26g. It has a light green patina.

A cast lead-alloy object, possibly a mount for a horse harness fitting dating to the Post-Medieval period (c. AD 1600-1800). The mount is multifoil in plan and rectangular in cross-section, with the edge divided into ten lobes. The concave surface is undecorated. The convex surface is lightly scratched with an 'X'. The arms of the 'X' extend to the edges of the object and there is a small circular incision at the central point where the four arms meet. A post-medieval copper-alloy seal matrix dating to the 16th -17th century The seal matrix is conical in shape with a narrow oval shank which widens at the top to a trefoil shaped handle that is pierced by three holes. The base of the matrix is slightly oval in plan. There is a circle at the centre with cross-hatching inside. From this circle radiates five lines which extend to the outer edge. An incomplete late Iron Age to early Roman rosette type brooch probably dating to the time of the invasion. AD20 to AD80. The head of the brooch is sub-rectangular in plan and cylindrical in section. This contains the spring which still survives. Part of the spring is exposed probably due to corrosion the rest is encased within the head. There are three incised lines running the length of the head at the top. Below this is a decoration in the form of a cross at forty five degrees made up of several incised lines.
