A complete lead spindle whorl or weight, dating from the medieval to post medieval period, 1100-1800 AD. The weight is bi-conical in cross section, and oval in shape, with a sub-circular pierced hole through the centre. The upper and lower surface is flat. It measures 30.7mm in length, 29.6mm in width, 16.1mm in thickness, and weighs 77g.

An incomplete copper alloy post medieval rowel spur dating to 1600-1700. The spur consists of two arms and the neck. The neck curves slightly and widens, with a central split to hold the missing rowel. Either side of the split is a rounded knop, which have patches of red brown ironing staining on them. The arms curve down in a triangular shape, and are oval in cross section. Both arms end in a worn break. The rowel spur rowel has a dark green patina, and measures 46.8mm in height, 48.1mm in width, and 23.51g in weight.

A complete medieval copper alloy single loop buckle, dating from c. AD 1350-1400. The frame is rectangular in shape, and has been distorted, making it slightly lozenge shaped. There is no decoration. On one of the longer frame bars the pin is looped round, this consists of a piece of copper alloy which narrows to a point at the terminal end. Close to the loop of the pin is a ridge.The buckle has a dark green patina, with patches of light green. It measures 25.9mm in length, 25.7mm in width, and weighs 3.93g. A similar buckle is shown in Egan and Pritchard 1991, page 95, number 430.

An incomplete medieval to post medieval copper alloy annular buckle dating from 1350-1650, missing the pin. The frame is oval shaped with a central pin bar, the inside of the frame is bevelled. The frame has been distorted and the outer frames folded in. The pin bar is narrowed and sub triangular in cross section. The buckle is a mid green colour. The buckle measures 33.9mm in length, 28.1mm in width and weighs 6.25g. The buckle is similar to one in Whitehead 1996, 44, 253.

A fragment of a copper alloy medieval vessel, probably the handle, dating from c. AD1330-1380. The fragment is rectangular in shape, in cross section it is rectangular. From the side the fragment curves round, and has a square bend on one side. Running along the curved edge is a central ridge. Both edges of the handle are worn, and are possibly old breaks. The fragment has a light green patina. It measures 52.6mm in length, 45.5mm in width, 17.9mm in maximum thickness and weighs 177g. A similar fragment of a vessel can be seen in Egan 1998, page 167 number 463.

A fragment of an Anglo Scandinavian horse harness fitting, dating to 11th century AD. The fragment is part of a Type 2 cheekpiece, consisting of a triangular shaped plate, which has been broken across a circular hole. A lead alloy medieval to post medieval terminal, possibly from a spoon or a pin, dating from AD 1450-1550. The terminal is globular in shape, with spiral grooves running from the base to the top of terminal. These are very worn. From the base of the terminal a shaft projects, before ending in a worn break. It is circular in cross section, and very worn. The terminal is white yellow in colour, with patches of grey silver on the ridges. It measures 16.8mm in length, 10.4mm in width, and weighs 4.73g. This consists of two projections on either side, creating a U shaped indentation. The inside of the frame is bevelled, and the frame is sub triangular in cross section. The pin bar is recessed and triangular in cross section. The pin is missing. The buckle has a dark red brown patina, and measures 23.7mm in length, 14.1mm in width, and 2.19g in weight. Buckles with similar decoration can be seen in Whitehead 1996, pages 22-23.
