Copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative, Polden Hill. It has rearward facing lugs on either end of the wings that would have held the pin axis bar which is now missing resulting in the loss of the spring and pin. A rearwards facing loop at the back of the head holds the external cord of the spring, this extends down the front of the head forming as small crest. The foot and catch plate are truncated. Date 80-120AD.

An incomplete fragment of polished Neolithic axehead. This axehead has been broken in half along the linial profile so that only one side of the profile survives. The axehead has also been broken transversely to the butt-end and blade-end. This means that the original shape and cross-sectional shape and profile shape of the artefact has been lost. At least one hinge fracture is present. Damage is also present along both edges.

An incomplete copper-alloy Medieval to Post-Medieval hinge, dating to AD 1300-1700. It consists of a fragmentary plate, which is sub-rectangular in plan and made up of one sheet of metal, which has the outside edge folded and punched backwards, leaving a recessed space in the middle in order to accomodate the transverse rivet and the matching plate of the hinge now missing. Post medieval (mid 17th to early 19th century): The upper portion of the cockspur is a conical, which is now squashed flat. At the rim there are six rivet holes. The opposite terminal of the conical tapers to become a solid, rectangular sectioned projection which tapers in depth and width to a sharp point. The projection is curved in profile. The cockspur is undecorated, and the surface has patches of tarnishing. It measures 34.6mm long, 18.63mm wide, 3.31mm thick and weighs 2.49g. A complete gold Finger Ring of Medieval date (AD 1300-1500). The object is a 'posy ring' with incised inscription on exterior face. The finger-ring is D shaped in section band, being circular in plan, with only minor distortion due to deposition. The weight of the band suggests it is hollow. A copper alloy quatrefoil harness pendant decorated with a heraldic shield bearing three lions passant guardant left on a red enamel field. The shield is surmounted by a lis and has moulded decoration in form of fronds on the foils to either side. The mount has a suspension loop which is 6.3mm in diameter and contains the remnants of an iron spindle. The reverse is undecorated. Medieval copper alloy spur buckle with integral plate, 46.4mm in length. The buckle, which is gilded and complete with pin, has an oval frame with angled knops either end of the strap bar. The plate has two rivet holes and a taper into a curled loop or hook over the plate. The pin has a small transverse ridge and is curled around the bar. The fragmentary gilding remaining on the plate reveal traces of a zig-zag pattern along the mid line.
