Post Medieval jetton: Rose and orb jetton, appear to be most popular jettons of Hans Schultes I and Hans Krauwinckel II and probably date from 1490 and continues to 1585 (Mitchiner, 1988). This type of jetton are also seen into the 17th century, for example of Wolf Lauffer II which date to 1612 and 1651. Obverse: Illegible legend. Three Crowns, alternately with three lis, arranged centrifrugally around a central rose. Reverse: Illegible legend. Imperial orb surmounted by a cross patty, within a tressure with three main arches.

Post Medieval trade token, but the details cannot be identified.
Trade tokens were issued between 1648 and 1672 at a time when there was little low denomination coinage being issued by the crown. As a result traders and business proprietors began issuing tokens as an alternate coinage with equivalent denominations of a farthing, half penny or penny. Such trade tokens rarely travel far from their place of issue and provide an insight to the trade of the time. In 1672 regal copper coinage was introduced and the trade tokens were then banned (Besly 1997, 20).

Complete copper alloy stylus of probable medieval to post-medieval date (1100 - 1700 AD). The stylus is square in section with a point at one end; the other end is flattened. One face is decorated with roughly incised horizontal and diagonal lines. The object is dark brown with rough patches of green copper corrosion. It is 75.94mm in length and 9.81mm in width. It weighs 34.47g.
This object is of a form that has been found in lead from medieval and post-medieval contexts. It is possible that copper-alloy and iron examples may date to the Roman period however. Consequently, while…
