A silver hammered penny of Henry VII, dating c. 1485-1500. 'Sovereign' type, trefoil stops, archiepiscopal mint of York under Archbishop Rotherham. C.f North 1728. The coin has been pierced off-centre at around seven o'clock on its obverse face.
