Copper-alloy Roman zoomorphic strap slide with remains of copper-alloy rivet or pin (c. 43 - 410 AD). The object is circular in plan and domed, taking the form of a lion's head. The object was found with a copper-alloy pin with circular section pushed through two circular holes which form the lion's eyes. One eye hole is almost double the size of the other, probably as a result of wear when the pin was removed. Both ends of the pin appeared to be missing in old, abraded breaks. Copper alloy foot fragment from a vessel, probably a cauldron, of medieval or post-medieval date (c.1200 - 1600 AD). The fragment is in the form of an animal foot; it is a rounded triangle in plan and section, with four slightly convex 'claws' on the upper face. The surface of the object is very rough and has a green patina. The object is 18.72mm in height, 31.67mm in width and weighs 49g.

Copper-alloy and enamel horse harness pendant of medieval date (c. 1300 - 1400 AD). The pendant is flat and sexfoil in form, although most of the arms are now missing, leaving a hexagonal body with a small circular suspension lug. Four blue enamel triangles survive on the front face, widening from the centre to each side of the hexagonal body. Otherwise, the object is dark brown in colour. The pendant is 28.80mm in length, 18.77mm in width and 2.37mm in thickness. It weighs 3g.

Copper alloy Medieval strap-end. 52mm long with slightly tapering sides. Wider attachment end is slightly concave and the narrower terminal end is clipped at the corners to form a blunt nose. The wider end has two circular rivet holes set close to the sides and end. The front face is engraved with straight side borders between which is a mythical beast, probably a wyvern, engraved longitudinally. The beast is two-legged with a bulbous head and body and elongated claw-like tail, long open jaw and large teeth. The body and neck are marked with interspersed dots. Circa AD1250-1400.

A copper-alloy Iron Age to Roman enamelled circular stud, dating to c 50 BC- AD 100. It has an flattened oval cross-section. The front face has a champlevé motif, depicting a sequence of running scrolls. The recesses of the metal are filled with blue and red enamel. The back face has an oval cross-sectioned projection; around the base of the spike there are traces of soldering.

Normally these artefacts consist of two matching circular hinged discs that close together in order to protect the mirror, however only one of the discs remains. Pointed tool made of copper alloy, possibly a sailor's Fid medieval to post-medieval 1300 to 1800AD. The tool is oval in cross section with a domed attachment at one end from which point the point of the tool narrows gradually to a rounded tip. A fid is a pointed tool that was used for opening up the strands of rope when splicing, they are usually made of wood or antler. It could also have been used as a pricker, a tool used in sailmaking, which are more often made of metal. It could be Medieval to Modern in date. The length is 32mm, the width is 17mm and the weight 5.78g.

An incomplete copper-alloy mount of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1500 - 1700AD. The mount is lozenge-shaped with a smaller lozenge panel applied to the centre of the upper surface. The reverse is flat, undecorated with two attachment spikes visible. The metal has a dark green patina and is worn. The length is 21mm, the width is 26mm thickness and the weight 5.19g.
