An incomplete Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) copper-alloy polyhedral pin (700-900). Hinton 1996: 22, fig. 9.
The lower part of the shaft is missing.
The head of the pin is cuboid in form and the corners have been cut off (chamfered) to form 13 facets. There is a collar beneath the head. The shaft is circular in cross-section with a diameter of 1.5mm at the top. There is a ring-and-dot motif on each main side and a single dot on each of the upper and lower chamfers. The top of the head is undecorated.
This pin has a green patina.

An almost complete post-Medieval lead alloy one-piece button (c. 1550-c. 1700).
The shank is broken before the loop.
This solid button is circular, convex at the front and slightly convex at the back. The front has a raised flower head motif consisting of eight petals around a central pellet in a circle. The back has the stub of a shank.
The button is grey overall and parts of the outer edge are missing.

A complete Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) silver, Secondary Phase, Series O, Type 40, 0300 sceat (675-750). Abramsom 2006: 22 and 78.
Obverse: Figure standing facing with pellets for eyes and nose, dressed in a long ribbed tunic. In each hand the figure holds a long cross pommée. All within a beaded border.
Reverse: Crested monster in flight left, looking back with gaping jaws, one foreleg raised over the back and above the head as if touching the top of its head. Pellets around the body, all within a beaded border.
Diameter: 11.7mm. Weight: 0.93g. DA=12:7.
