A medieval or post-medieval zoomorphic copper alloy mount, perhaps a finial (from a vessel, casket or staff) or handle. It consists of the solid, moulded form of a seated lion on a flat trapezoidal base with a central integral rivet extending c.5.5mm below, suggesting it was prevously attached to a larger item.

An incomplete copper-alloy Birdlip type brooch of late Iron Age to early Roman date, circa 50 BC - AD 50. The brooch comprises a narrow ovate head from the reverse of which the remains of the pin extend downwards. The head of the bow has the remains of a band of red enamel wrapping over the top and both sides. The pin terminates at lower edge of the head and has a fresh break. An incomplete copper alloy plate brooch of Roman dating, circa AD 100 - 200.
The brooch is almost complete and is just missing the pin. In profile it is almost flat, apart from the lower section including the catchplate, which dog-legs slightly inwards. The head of the brooch is comprised of a tubular hinge which would have held the axis bar, below which sits a much narrower collar formed of three moulded horizontal ridges. An incomplete Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) copper-alloy polyhedral pin (c. 700-c. 850).
The lower part of the shaft is missing.
The undecorated head of the pin is cuboid in form and the corners have been cut off (chamfered) to form 13 facets. There is a small portion of a collar beneath the head. The shaft is circular in cross-section and has a slight bend close to the break.
This pin has a green patina and small patches of corrosion. The break on the shaft is old.

A perforated stone implement of Mesolithic to Neolithic date (c 8000 - 2000 BC), possibly a mace head or axe-hammer. It is of a mid-brown, fine grained stone.
