An incomplete silver spherical bell, of probable Post Medieval dating, circa AD 1600-1700. The fragment consists of the upper hemisphere of a bell and a small piece of chain attached. The upper hemisphere would have once been soldered to another lower sphere. Projecting from the upper hemisphere at a 90 degree angle is a silver loop soldered to the centre. The loop is circular in form with a circular perforation.
