An incomplete copper-alloy Roman scabbard chape. It is a peltiform chape with hollow interior, all the attachment ends are now missing due to old breaks. It measures 41.28mm wide and has a surviving length of 21.93mm, the object weighs 7.55g. A very similar example exists ins Chapman. 2005. A complete copper-alloy bead, possibly Roman (AD 43-410). A cylindrical bead with a circular section. The bead is waisted at both ends creating a larger cyldrindrical central section and a collar on each of the bead terminals. The central section has been decorated with an incised line that goes around the whole circumference. This bead likely dates to the Roman period c. AD 43-410 (see: WMID4835) but similar examples on the PAS database have been dated to the Late Iron Age (NMS-C36251), although this beads lacks the ridged edges to the central section of the bead that is often see…

An incomplete copper-alloy oval frame buckle with narrowed offset bars. The pin and bar is missing. The frame is triangluar in section and has been decorated with molded curvilinear motifs.
