A mostly complete cast copper-alloy composite strap end dating to the Medieval period, c. 1250-1400. Formed of two separate plates secured at its upper edge and directly above the terminal by means of a single circular-sectioned copper alloy rivet (giving a total of two), it has a sub-rectangular body with gently tapering sides that terminates in a projecting floral knop. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Middle Anglo-Saxon Ansate brooch of Weetch's type XII.Aiii; 'Ansate brooches with tri-lobed leaf shaped terminals', the so-called 'Pommeroeul type' (Thorle's group XII A2), dating c. 800-950 AD. A complete cast lead personal seal matrix dating to the Medieval period, c. 1200-1300. It takes the form of a pointed oval or 'vesica' shape and is flat, demonstrating the cast design of a fleur de lis on its upper surface. No suspension lug appears to be present, though whether removed in later damage or mis-cast is uncertain. The underside of the matrix is decorated with the central design of an ear of wheat or plant front, around which the inscription: +S' ALCIE. CEPERIIO (Seal of Alice Ceperio (?)) is visible.
