Fire-cracked flint. A small fragment of patinated flint with the characteristically jagged and hackled surface and deep cracking associated ith intense heat - though it is noted that such effects were wont to occur in recent times, when the burning of stubble was a common agricultural practice. However, this object is accompanied by prehistoric flints, whose date range is advanced for it here, with a later extension offered in precautionary vein. Suggested date: Unknown, Late Mesolithic to Early Bronze Age, 7000-1600 BC. Length: 42mm, Width: 24.9mm, Thickness: 17.2mm, Weight: 19.09gms

On at elast two faces it has possible dots (four and five shown in image). The object may be a poorly made die or perhaps a gaming piece or weight?

A small, flat, rectangular piece of lead of uncertain date, with a series of apparently random lines incised onto both faces. All edges smooth, but one narrow end appears sharper, perhaps the result of having been cut. Length 36.3mm, width 26.1mm, thickness 1.8mm, and weight 19.69g.

Unidentified object, cast copper alloy hemisphere, oval-sectioned hollow cast, deeper internal hollow at the apex with a tiny perforation (damage or casting fault). A rectangular flat-sectioned lug projects from the flat surface of the mouth, one shorter than the other, both with a rounded and irregular probable break at the end. The object bears some resemblance to sword caps or pommels but its purpose is uncertain. Height 16.5mm. Width 29mm. 17mm thick. Thickness of casting at mouth 2-5mm. Weighs 21.49g. Date uncertain, probably ancient.
