Damaged remains of a flint tool, probably a knife of Neolithic to Bronze age date. The piece is leaf shaped but much larger than an arrowhead. The outline appears mainly complete but breaks on both faces mean the extent of original retouch and exact form of the edges is unclear. A small amount of cortext (c.10% of the face) remains near the point on one face which may indicate it is unfinished and broke during production.
