An incomplete copper alloy spur dating to the Post Medieval period (c. AD 1650-1750). The short arms of the spur, which are roughly D-shaped in section, terminate in forked and rounded attachment ends with the remains of rivets in situ. The neck and rowel box are formed from a separate piece of copper alloy and attached onto the spur arms. The neck is oval in section and quite short, drooping slightly downward as it extends towards the rowel box. Copper alloy Langton Down brooch, this has tubular wings that wrap around the spring encompassing it within a cylinder, the spring is now missing. The bow is a flat sub-rectangular cross-section bar that is truncated just below the head resulting in the loss of most of its length, the front of the brooch may have been decorated with a series of vertical lines but any detail has been removed by corrosion. A fragment of a copper alloy post medieval spoon, dating from c.1600-1700. The fragment consists of the bowl of the spoon. The bowl is oval in shape, and concave. On the outer edge there is a small triangular chip, and the edge of the bowl is worn. On the underside of the bowl it is decorated with radiating grooves, that project out from a solid line on the stem end of the bowl, these grooves create a scallop shell design. An incomplete copper alloy Polden Hill type brooch dating to the Roman period (c. AD 75-175). The brooch consists of the head and wings and the upper part of the bow. The axis bar, spring, pin, foot and catch plate are all missing. The wings are semi- cylindrical in plan with the right hand wing/end caps showing some damage. A cast copper alloy rectangular double looped buckle with a strap bar set upwards at an angle from the frame and with a bevelled outer edge, suggesting use with a robust strap.
