An incomplete cast copper-alloy Post Medieval mount, dating to the period AD 1500-1700. It is sub-circular in plan and it has slightly bevelled edges. The front face is decorated with a rose with a double crown of petals. The back face has two oval cross-sectioned not integral cast spikes; one of the them is bent inward at right angle while the other one is broken.
