The plate is folded and retains a single circular rivet attaching the folded end to the main body of the plate. The pin is composed of a recurved wire pin. A fragment of a copper alloy Crotal Bell of Post-Medieval date (AD1500-1700). The object is of a single cast form with the two hemispheres divided by a slightly raised horizontal circumferential rib. The retained fragment represents a portion of both the upper and lower hemispheres with no remnants of the suspension loop, sound holes or slot. There is no decoration on the upper hemisphere. A fragment of a copper alloy Vessel of Medieval to Post-Medieval date (AD 1200-1700). The fragment is roughly triangular with all the edges broken. The front surface is decorated with engraved with a double circumferential, upper linear border. Below the borders is an engraved treble square or rectangle. The fragment is a rim sherd with a slightly everted lip. The interior surface is smooth and undecorated. The shallow curvature suggests a wide vessel. Cast copper-alloy vessels were in common usage c 1200 - 1700 AD, becoming superseded in the 18th century by cast-iron vessels.…
