A probably late early-medieval / early medieval (c.1000-1200) copper-alloy zoomorphic strap fitting, consisting of two joining components. One component consists of a circular-sectioned bar (5.9mm diameter) with a rectangular frame at its outer end and, at the opposite end, where its underside is flattened, a moulded zoomorphic head above a circular-sectioned 'sleeve'. The second component, another bar (5,3mm diameter and now slightly bent), has been threaded through this sleeve. A late medieval/ early post-medieval (c.1420-1600) copper-alloy purse bar of Williams Class A2, featuring a religious inscription in inlaid niello. The frame (both arms of which are slightly bent) has a rectangular cross-section and shield-shaped central block. There are thickened mouldings either side of the central block where the arms extend. The arms then taper to another thickened moulding beyond which is a flaring circular rove c.6mm in height. A probably Neolithic (4000-2100 BC) secondary flint flake with possible short, scaled, abrupt retouch at the dorsal distal end. The flint is opaque and bluey-grey in colour (browny-grey to the ventral face) with areas of small white patination spots. c.30% cortex is still present at the distal end. Measures 58.1x(max.)32.8x(max.)10.3mm and weighs 19.83g.

An incomplete post-medieval (1500-1625) copper-alloy sharp-hooked dress hook of Read Class E Type 3, missing the tip of its hook. The plate is openwork and of an angular hourglass form. At one end is a trapezoidal hook, the outer edge of which has a beaded moulding and a moulded trefoil at either end. Extending behind and diagonally inwards are possible short foreleg mouldings. An incomplete early-medieval (c.600-1150) copper-alloy single sharp-hooked clasp of Read's Early Medieval Class A Type 1 (2008; 7), missing the tip of the hook. The object has a sub-triangular plate 0.8mm thick with an attachment hole in two corners (1.6mm diameter), the third corner (the apex) being rather more rounded in shape and with the hook projecting from it. Where it extends the hook is 3.1mm wide and the same thickness as the plate. It narrows to 2.1mm wide and expands to 1.3mm thick before it curves to the reverse and terminates in an old, worn break.
