A complete cast lead alloy token or tally of post-medieval date. The token is circular in plan and has been cast in a mould. It still retains the tab. The token is unifaced and bears a crude design comprising a double stranded equal armed cross with chevrons in each quarter. The token probably dates from c. AD 1500-1750.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy double looped buckle dating to the post-medieval period. The buckle retains one complete loop and the pin, which is rod of copper alloy wrapped simply around the central strap bar. There are small knops projecting from either end of the strap bar. The buckle is otherwise undecorated. Similar examples are illustrated in Whitehead (1996:54) and are dated to circa AD 1500 - 1650.

A modern (post 1840) lead-alloy figurine of a rider on horseback. The rider appears to be a soldier and this is likely to be part of a cavalry set of the type popular during the 20th century and made by companies such as Britains. Some red paint is retained.

TREASURE CASE 2018 T449. Draft report: An incomplete cast copper and lead alloy three-dimensional statue of the Roman goddess Minerva, dating to the period AD 43-200. The statue is in three pieces, with the head and part of the lower right arm being detached from the body. The lower left arm and possibly a small section of the base is also missing.
The statue is in very good condition. Minerva stands with her left knee bent and head slightly to the left, dressed in robes and wearing an aegis bearing the head of Medusa on her upper left arm. Minerva is wearing sandals that protrude …
