Cast lead alloy seal matrix of medieval date (1200 - 1400 AD). The seal matrix was originally circular in plan however it has suffered abrasion in the soil and some distortion. A rectangular (keystone shaped) element has been taken from one edge - and this probably represents the cancelling of the die making it unusable prior to deposition. The reverse face is plain and undecorated - a small lentoid shaped projection is present at the midpoint and a rectangular tab extends from the upper edge - in line with the start of the inscription. Possible lead seal of uncertain date. The object is circular in shape, with an arm extending out, for 21mm, and curving back on itself. The main body of the object is a flat circle, (diameter: 19mm; thickness: 4mm) with a smaller circle, or rounded pentagon, (diameter: 12mm; thickness: 3mm) attached off centre. This central shape has a small hole in its centre (diameter: 4mm.) The object has an off-white to pale brown patina.

Lead seal of uncertain date. The object is oval in shape. One face of the seal has the lettering '[B]ASIC // [SL]AG' in relief to the lower left. On the second face there appears to be a ring of writing, also in relief, around the circumference of the seal, possibly reading '*THE L[EEDS] PHOS[PHATE WOR]KS LTD'. The writing is difficult to distinguish due to wear, and any images there may have been are unclear. The object has an off-white to pale brown patina. The upper surface of the plate is decorated with a circumferential groove and a central circular depression. From the underside there extends a small circular-section knop which is flanked by a casting seam. It measures 16mm in diameter and has a length of 2mm.

A lead-alloy button dating to the post medieval period. The circumference of the button is corroded but was originally circular in plan and slightly convex in section .The upper surface is decorated with a Tudor rose motif surmounted by a crown and the circumferential legend 'NORT[H] PO[...]'. On the underside is a small, circular lug which is hemispherical in section, all that remains of the attachment loop. The surviving diameter is 25mm and it measures 1mm in thickness.

Lead alloy probable cuff link fragment. A cast round plate with a hollow back retaining pale grey fixative with a central circular scar where a link has been lost, and with what appears to the eye of faith as a low relief depiction of a skull on the display side. Chipped and abraded. Skeletal imagery was popular, especially in memorial contexts, between the late 17th and early 18th centuries. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1680-1720.
