Obverse shows a crowned bust left, rose behind. Obverse legend reads ELIZABETH.D.G.ANG.FR.ET.HI.REGINA. Reverse shows a long cross fourchee over royal shield, 1573 above. Reverse legend reads [P]OSVI/DE[V']AD/IVTORE[/M.MEV]. Die axis is 11 o'clock. Weight is 1.12g, diameter is 19.4mm, thickness is 0.4mm.
