A complete Medieval to Post Medieval cast Lead alloy sub-circular uniface token of Powell Type 14. It is decorated with a cross and pellets on one face and the other is undecorated. The token measures 18.48 mm diameter and is 2.73 mm thick and weighs 5.96 grams. Tokens had a wide variety of uses and were easy to manufacture; they are therefore difficult to date precisely outside of archaeological contexts; those with this design are generally thought to be Medieval in date, c.1250-1800 AD.

Undated lead alloy figurative object, 30mm in length, 30mm wide and 21mm thick with a weight of 59.97grams. The object is sub rectangular in forma nd cross section and consists ofa circular projection with a n eliptical cross section which may represent a human head. This sits on a short circular cross sectioned shaft which widens out at it base to form two triangular projections, emerging at each side and turning upwards. The object is a three part seal and is circular in form and rectangular in cross section, with a rectangular projection to one side. It is inscribed on one side with the letters MWO/PCH over two lines and the number 27 on the other. The style of inscription suggests 18th or 19th Century.

Medieval lead alloy bag shaped ampulla, Length: 45 mm, width: 37 mm, thickness: 11 mm, weight: 43.71 g The object has a sub rectangular form and a rectagular cross section. Its upper third is rectangular in form with a slit in its upper edge and a triangular shaped 'lug' at each side. Below this it is sub-circular in form. It is decorated with a large 'Maltese' cross sitting in a circlular recess on the body, and possibly a second smaller cross on the neck?.The other side is decorated with a Scutiform crest, containing three chevrons (with possible cross inside one?).

Medieval lead alloy spindle whorl, Length: 28 mm, width: 24 mm, thickness: 8 mm, weight: 31.29 g. The object is circular in form, but slightly squashed, and sub rectangular in cross section with a central circular hole 8-10 mm in diameter. The whorl has unusual decoration, having a slightly raised lip on the outer edge of each surface. Sitting within this is a series of raised open circles on both faces. The form matches Walton Rogers type B, dating it from 900-1200.

A concavo-convex fragment of lead alloy, cut down to trapezoid form with a hole of diameter 3.5mm probably roughly drilled from one side, producing a countersunk aperture on its convex side. The metal is delaminating, a feature most usually observed on cast post-medieval spoons. Here, a large spoon bowl may have been cut or broken to improvise a line weight for fishing. Lead window came with glass. A fragment of probably milled came from the meeting of four panes, with a strip of lead ribbon applied on one side and a blob of solder on the other. A tiny fragment of white [i.e. clear colourless] glass is trapped between leaves of thickness c.1mm. The came is probably milled, and the glazing might be from an item of furniture. As usual, the preserved fragment is from the meeting of thin panes which has been externally reinforced or mended. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1650-1850. Length: 21.7mm, Width: 12.2mm, Thickness (overall): 6.5mm, Weight: 6.84gms

Lead alloy harness mount fragment. A small part of the edge of a larger discoid mount with a pelleted border, of estimated diameter 70mm. The size suggests this to be from a decorative harness boss or mount, a cheap form of decoration, especially at fairs and similar occasions. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1800-1900.
