A copper alloy pin of ring-headed 'swan neck' type, dating to the Early Iron Age, c. 800 - 50 BC. At the head of the pin is expanded and fattened with a V-shaped notch in the terminal forming a nail cleaner. After the head are three consecutive 90 degree elbows causing the shaft to point first down, then forward and then down again, whereby the shaft it runs straight and slightly thickens. A copper-alloy 'Alesia' style bow brooch corresponding to Edgar's type 21, dating to the Late Iron Age (c. 50-20 BC), La Tene phase D2. At the top of the brooch is a rolled tubular mount that would have held the pin support bar; there is a slot in the centre to accommodate the pin which is now missing. ~~A complete Late Bronze Age or Early Iron Age copper alloy votive model of a miniature wheel dated to c. 1000-500 BC. The wheel is circular in plan with a trapezoidal shaped 'axel' from which four spokes radiate before joining the outer rim. The rim of the wheel and the spokes are rectangular in cross section. ~~Copper alloy composite strap end made from two sheets that are riveted together via a single central copper alloy rivet toward the forward edge. The item has a over all sub-rectangular shape with sides that gently narrow towards the forward edge that has a low triangular point with a short projecting knop at its apex. One side is engraved with a cross saltire that is formed from two zigzag lines. Attachment to the strap was made possible via a single copper alloy rear of the strapend.
